How long does the delivery take?

Please note that some products have longer waiting times, which are stated on the respective product page right above the "Add to Cart" button.

We usually ship within 1-3 days and typical delivery times are displayed during checkout. Please note that these are estimated, typical delivery times and stated in business days. That means weekends and public holidays must be counted on top of these days. Extraordinary conditions (e.g. storms) can lead to delays over which we unfortunately have no control.

Express Shipping

We also offer express shipping for an additional cost, which allows for delivery times as low as 1-3 business days within Europe and 2-6 business days to many countries (e.g. most parts of the US). A more accurate estimate for your country will be stated during checkout. But note here, too, that these are estimated delivery times only - not guarantees.

For some addresses, e.g. on smaller islands or in remote areas, delivery times may be longer than stated.

We will send you an email with a tracking link as soon as we have shipped you order.

How do we calculate the delivery period?

The delivery timeframe is based on when you place your order.

If you place your order before 14:00 CET, please allow up to 72 hours (1–3 business days) for delivery starting from the same day.

If you place your order after 14:00 CET, processing will begin the next business day, and the 1–3 business day delivery window should be counted from that point.

For Express delivery, we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping.

Please note that non-express orders may require additional handling time before dispatch.

Weekends, public holidays, and festive periods may cause delays that are outside of our control. For example, if a public holiday (“red day”) falls within the delivery window, there may be no available parcel pickups or deliveries during that time.
