The tread of Ophena S and Ophena S Pro is around 12cm (4.7 inches) x 6.5cm (2.5 inches).
It is perfectly dimensioned to shoe sizes from EU32 to EU46. Note that the stirrups themselves are one-size only, but you choose the insole size during purchase.
