We will be sad to know you want to cancel your order. To do so, please get in touch with us via email at team@ophena.com. Please include your order number and tell us why you'd like to cancel your order.

Please contact us as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfilment team (packed and shipped), we are no longer able to cancel the shipment. But even then, we do still offer our 60-day-money-back-guarantee.
