It looks like the magnets in my insoles broke. Is that the case?

If you think that the magnet in your insoles is broken right in the middle, please read the following:

Each of our insoles contains two magnets that are connected with a steelplate. That allows the insoles to be more flexible for higher comfort (and also creates an advanced magnetic field). For soft shoe soles it is very common that the steelplate bends slightly, making it look like something is broken. However, this is not the case - it is by design.

If you still think that your insoles are broken, please reach out to us via our contact form - ideally send us a picture :)

How did we do?

Do I need to use the magnetic insoles?
