The magnetic connection seems to be too weak / too strong
If you feel like the magnetic connection between your Ophena stirrups and the magnetic insoles is not 100% right, please try the following:
The magnetic connection seems to be too weak:
- Ensure that you have removed any existing insoles from your boots and replaced them with our magnetic insoles. Getting our magnetic insoles closer to the magnetic stirrups, will increase the magnetic attraction.
- Clean your stirrups regularly. Accumulations of dirt can decrease the magnetic attraction.
- If none of that helps, check out our Plus insoles.
The magnetic connection seems to be too strong?
- You need to increase the distance between the magnetic insoles and the stirrups. We recommend placing a very thin insole, which you can buy in most shoe retailers, under the magnetic insole. Even a few millimeters can make a difference.
